Aida Toledo is a native of Guatemala and currently resides in Texas as of 2014. She is in her 40’s and brings over 20 years of expertise in the fitness industry including holding positions with renowned international fitness companies such as 24 Hour Fitness, Fit Factory, Fitness Connection, World Gym, and Power Bar Women’s Fitness. Toledo has also been a member of the Idea World Convention team. Aida was a pioneering figure in introducing Pole fitness to Guatemala, where she successfully established her brand by leading the Just Dance Project. Her innovative approach has proven to be highly effective in motivating her clients. Her brand became known for her creativity and her innovative approach to choreographing. She maintains a disciplined brand presence in various fitness domains, including yoga, mat pilates, reformer pilates, pole fitness and various dance techniques. Finally Toledo has established a successful track record in the general sports industry. Lifestyle Inspiration Coach Aida’s extensive experience has inspired her to share her passion for training by offering group or one-on-one workshops. These workshops help personal trainers and others with a love for dance create their own choreographies. She also provides dance workshops for special occasions like weddings, parties, and other social events. What’s even better, she’s excited to continue to travel the world, bringing her art and energy to diverse social groups. Most significantly, Aida has discovered a calling to share her self-confidence and self-love, which she has cultivated through her fitness and dance lifestyle, with the goal of empowering women to discover their inner strength and self-assurance.
